The core question behind Project Reloaded: what happens if you treat AI agents not as chat toys, but as a workforce? With defined roles, written work instructions, shared memory and real responsibility for outcomes.
The Cluster
The foundation is a self-built Proxmox cluster on own hardware: four planned nodes (two live), segmented network zones behind a dedicated firewall stack, ZFS storage and full monitoring. The core infrastructure does not depend on any cloud.
The Agent Layers
- LLM gateway: every AI call runs through a central gateway with cost control, budgets and fallback models
- Knowledge base: documentation and operational knowledge live in a searchable vector database — agents look things up instead of guessing
- Specialist agents: each factory has dedicated agents with their own instructions and scope
- Oversight: self-healing, monitoring and alerting all the way to the phone
