In short

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, on a server in Germany. Server logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, referrer, user agent) are kept for security and stability and deleted after no more than 14 days (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Cloudflare

Requests are delivered and protected via Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical request data and may set a strictly necessary cookie (e.g. „__cf_bm“) for bot detection (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. EU Standard Contractual Clauses also apply under the data processing agreement with Cloudflare.

Cookies, email contact and comments

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Strictly necessary cookies arise only from Cloudflare, from logging in to the admin area, or if you consent to storing your details when commenting. If you email us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is provided by GMX (1&1 Mail & Media GmbH, Germany). For comments, we store the comment, name, email address (not published), IP address and time (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (f) GDPR).

Licence and update service

Installations of our shop software may check licences and updates through this website. This processes the licence key, installation domain, software version, IP address and time. This processing is necessary to perform the licence agreement (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
